Being married to a Federal Employee for 25 years, living through numerous transfers, Lisa knows firsthand what it is like to buy and sell a home from the buyer and seller prospective. After 9 moves, she understands the stress of relocating to new areas. She believes having a good relationship with your realtor is invaluable. Lisa learned through the many transactions, using the same realtor, that they become so much more than someone who simply puts a sign out and writes contracts. She says, “The relationship I had with Clemmie, is what drives me to build those same relationships with my clients. Clemmie was like my second mom”. Lisa is a native west Texan. She began in real estate while in the Tyler area of east Texas. (Yes, another transfer!) Moving back home in 2014, she has been working on building lifelong real estate relationships with her clients here, in the Midland area. Lisa also brings 30 years of petroleum industry experience back to Midland. Working as an engineering analyst for major oil companies and an independent smaller company has given her great insight to the “oil field” cycles in west Texas and how it influences the housing market and our local economy. In her “spare time” Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her fur kids. She is mom to two rescues Brit and Wally the Wonder Dog and to two girls and “the boy”. Kodi, her oldest, teaches PE and coaches at Trinity School. Kaci, the middle, is a Land Analyst at Chevron. “The Boy”, Kyle is in the Army National Guard and he too works in the oil industry. Being an Army mom, Lisa has a heart for Veterans. She has great relationships with Lenders that are veterans and that understand that process. She will be the “Guide On” for any veteran who would like to use the benefits they have earned while serving our country.
