In 2007, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Women’s Council of REALTORS from The El Paso Del Norte Chapter. In 2013, Carol was honored with the Ambassador Award from the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS. She served as President for the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS in 2020.
