With a real estate career spanning nearly three decades, Carol Garza brings unparalleled experience, dedication, and passion to every client relationship. Licensed in 1995, she began her journey in El Paso and has since built a respected reputation throughout the Permian Basin.

Carol’s leadership has been recognized at every level. She received the Ambassador Award from the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® in 2013 and served as its President in 2020. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® and the Midland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carol is uniquely equipped to serve a diverse range of clients. Her goal is to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with knowledge, enthusiasm, and integrity—and to stay connected long after the transaction is complete.
