Carol’s leadership and commitment to the industry have been recognized at multiple levels. She was honored with the Ambassador Award from the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® in 2013 and proudly served as its President in 2020. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS® and the Midland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, continuing her mission to uplift and support her community.
