Belinda Duke, Broker Associate / Property Manager
Belinda Duke is an accomplished Broker Associate specializing in residential Buying, Selling, Investing, and Property Management. With a strong foundation in both business and hospitality, Belinda brings a unique, client-focused perspective to every real estate transaction.
Belinda holds a Master of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Angelo State University. Her professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where she served as an Operating Partner for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. Over the years, she played a pivotal role in launching and managing multiple P.F. Chang’s locations across the United States, eventually overseeing operations at the Manhattan Beach and Long Beach, California, restaurants.
Following her tenure with P.F. Chang’s, Belinda took on a regional leadership role at Whole Foods Market. As the Associate Prepared Foods Coordinator, she managed operations for 14 stores across Southern California. During her time there, she led the successful openings of two flagship stores and transitioned seven independent natural food stores into the Whole Foods brand.
Throughout her corporate career, Belinda nurtured a growing passion for real estate. She began by investing in distressed properties, living in and renovating them before selling and upgrading each one. This hands-on experience laid the groundwork for her full-time transition into the industry.
In 2010, Belinda returned to her hometown of Midland, Texas, to care for her father who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. While continuing her professional journey with Natural Grocers and opening their local store, she also took her first steps into real estate—purchasing her first fix-and-flip project from a customer in the checkout line.
Belinda earned her real estate license in 2014, and began her career. In 2020, she earned her Broker’s license and launched her own firm, the Belinda Duke Real Estate Group, with a focus on Property Management.
After nearly five successful years running her own company, Belinda recognized a dynamic opportunity for collaboration and growth. She joined forces with Brian and Laura Sales, Carol Garza, and Ricky Warnick to co-found Star Property Management, expanding her services and continuing her commitment to excellence in real estate.
